We attach great importance to the satisfaction and well-being of our employees. This made the renovation project for our now outdated break room for the driver team all the more important to us. It should be a pleasant, fully equipped retreat where the team can recharge their batteries and exchange ideas. For this reason, we decided to give our break room for the driver team at the Groß-Enzersdorf site a complete makeover.
Graffiti: creativity with a personal touch
In order to make the room a place of individuality and expression, we decided to design an individual graffiti. This artwork, created to our specifications by a talented local artist, Victoria Maria Santibañez (check out her Instagram), gives the space character and a welcoming atmosphere. It not only reflects our company culture, but also the diversity and personality of each team member.
In branding: a visual identity that reflects our values
To seamlessly integrate our break room into our corporate culture, we designed it in line with our company's branding. From the color scheme to small details like logos and slogans, we made sure the space reflected our values and goals. This not only creates a sense of belonging, but also strengthens the feeling of togetherness within the team.
New sanitary area: focus on cleanliness and well-being
Cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority for us, especially in areas such as wet rooms and hygiene areas. We have therefore not only renewed the general interior design, but also completely overhauled the entire hygiene areas, using modern sanitary facilities and high-quality materials.
New furniture: comfort and functionality in harmony
Comfortable and functional furniture is crucial to providing our employees with a pleasant place to spend time. We have therefore equipped the break room with new seating, work surfaces and storage solutions. These modern pieces of furniture not only offer comfort, but also promote efficiency and organization in our drivers' everyday lives.
Communication 2.0: Information system
As part of the comprehensive renovation, we not only improved the comfort and aesthetics of the break room, but also integrated an information system to promote communication and interaction within the team. A central information wall with large screens provides space for important messages, news and information on current route planning. In addition, individual compartments were installed for each employee to ensure personal communication channels and an organized environment.
Recreation area for the driver team before, after and between tours
Our new team room is not just a place to eat and get together, it also offers employees the opportunity to relax and recharge their batteries before, after and between tours. With comfortable seating, a welcoming atmosphere and all the amenities they need, we create a space that focuses on their needs and desires.
